Miel Montgó

Miel Montgó is a conscious beekeeping project located in the heart of the Montgó Natural Park, one of the most biodiverse enclaves in the Mediterranean. Set on historic former monastery lands, its Apis mellifera iberiensis hives produce 100% natural, organic honey using artisanal and sustainable methods. The health of the bees and the preservation of the environment are its top priorities. Through native melliferous plantations and environmentally responsible practices that respect natural cycles, each drop of honey reflects the rich Mediterranean biodiversity of Montgó, home to more than 50 endemic species and surrounded on three sides by the sea. Bearing the “Producto Artesano – Parc Naturals de la Comunitat Valenciana” seal, Miel Montgó guarantees quality, sustainability and environmental commitment. In addition to producing and selling organic km 0 honey, the project offers apitourism experiences within Montgó Natural Park, as well as hive sponsorship programmes for companies and professionals, raising awareness of the vital role bees play in biodiversity and ecosystem balance.
