Centenary and stately, Casa Julia was restored and converted into a hotel-restaurant that, to this day, offers all the comforts of an accommodation for rest and tranquility of the place where it is located, Parcent. Before it became a hotel, it was called Casa del Chileno, then Casa Juliana and now Hotel Restaurante Casa Julia. Hotel.

It was the former residence of the Moncho family, Spanish emigrants who left for Chile and where they made a great fortune. The house was built in the modernist style of the early 20th century and both its configuration and its spacious circular hall respond to the colonial tendencies of the time. A cozy country hotel that radiates history on its four sides, where every corner is like an open book full of memories.

Parcent is located in the Marina Alta region which has one of the most beautiful views of the province of Alicante, with abrupt mountain ranges where we can find the footprints left by the Moors as well as remains of the castles that protected the valley. You can follow the roads and sidewalks traced by the Moors to move from their homes to the land they cultivated, as well as to communicate with other nearby valleys.
