L’Alqueria del Pilar is a former Arab-origin farmhouse, restored in 2006 while preserving its essence: stone walls, wooden beams, and a unique natural setting. Located on the outskirts of Banyeres de Mariola (Alicante), just 4 minutes from the town center, it offers peace, fresh air, and spectacular views of the Serrella mountains, Peña la Blasca, and Molí l’Ombria, next to the Vinalopó River.
The estate features 5 fully equipped tourist apartments with kitchen, private bathroom, household linens, central heating, and either a wood-burning or pellet fireplace, each with its own private outdoor area. With capacities ranging from 1 to 12 people, they are ideal for enjoying with a partner, family, or friends, worry-free.
Among its facilities are an interior courtyard with a barbecue, gardens with several barbecues, private parking, and an outdoor swimming pool open from June to October, shared with other guests. All in a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and discovering the local gastronomy and natural surroundings.

The town of Banyeres de Mariola is located at the gates of "Serra Mariola", to the north of the province of Alicante. It is the highest town of the province, with an altitude of 818 m.
This town has a wide variety of monuments that you can see walking around the city center. Of all of them the most emblematic is the Castle-Fortress, the Church of Santa Maria, of Baroque style, the three existing hermitages and the tower Font Bona. Hiking enthusiasts can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sierra Mariola natural park.
It belongs to the region of La Hoya de Alcoy, L'Alcoià, and among its many attractions is the Pont de Sant Jordi in Alcoy, the Tibi dam, the Natural Park of the Font Roja, the Natural Park of the Sierra Mariola and the monument to San Jorge in Alcoy.
