To enjoy wine tourism during the week, we offer this experience, which includes a white wine tasting under a centennial oak tree (weather permitting), a visit to the winery to learn about the winemaking process, a tasting of two red wines accompanied by a small appetizer with products from our local cuisine, a tasting of our boldest vermouths, and a traditional Valencian "puchero" meal in our Gastrovino 8 Encinas dining room.
The menu will consist of two courses: rice or "fideos viudos" (noodles) served with the puchero broth, alongside ingredients such as chicken, beef, homemade meatball, chickpeas, leek, turnip, parsnip, and potatoes. It will be accompanied by a tomato salad with salted fish and pickled vegetables.
