The skin of the vine

“The Skin of the Vine” begins at Cooperativa de Viver, from where we travel by vehicle to our vineyards. There, you will discover the varieties we cultivate and our work to recover historic grape varieties such as Pampolat, Morenillo and Mondragón. During the tour, we explain how we care for the vineyard and the relationship between the landscape, agriculture and the wines of Viver.

Back at the cooperative, we visit the winery, where you will meet Videns, our interactive vineyard, and learn about the different winemaking processes as we explore the tank room and the barrel room.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting of three wines and a Mediterranean lunch, where you can sample other cooperative products such as extra virgin olive oil, walnuts and olive pâtés. You can also enjoy a 10% discount on purchases at our farm shop at the end of the visit.

This experience is ideal for couples, families and groups of friends who want to discover wine from the vineyard itself and get closer to a cooperative project committed to dignified farming and the local territory.

“The Skin of the Vine” was recognised as the Best Overall Experience at the first edition of the Creaturisme Awards, organised by the Generalitat Valenciana.
