The skin of the vine

Welcome to “The Skin of the Vine”, a beautiful wine tourism experience with which you will discover the exciting world of wine and the great wine tradition of Viver.

The day begins at 10:30 am at the Cooperativa de Viver, from where we will transfer by car to our vineyards. As we take a leisurely stroll through the countryside, you will be able to learn about the different grape varieties we work with, including the prephylaxis autochthonous varieties we are recovering, as well as the particularities of their cultivation and the main aspects of viticulture to achieve exceptional wines.

Then we will return to the Cooperative to enter the winery, where tradition is combined with innovation. You will meet Videns, our interactive vineyard, and you will tour the storage room and the barrel room while we explain the different oenological processes.

The visit ends with a hedonistic tasting of three of our wines accompanied by a succulent lunch, where you can taste our cooperative products, such as exquisite oils, walnuts and olive patés.

“The skin of the vine” is much more than a wine tourism experience, it is a journey to the essence of Viver and the Alto Palancia region, with which you will also be supporting our project of dignified agriculture. A fantastic experience to enjoy with your partner, family or friends and celebrate the passion for wine and the pride of our land. And as if that were not enough, we give you a 10% discount for purchases in our farm shop at the end of the visit. We're waiting for you!
