There are times that we are aware that we need a real change in our life. We know that something is not going well and we want to do something about it. You have the solution, but we need three weeks to work together. 21 days is the necessary period to modify habits and images that we assume as normal, but that are often harmful. We are going to guide you and give you all the tools to succeed. For this we will prepare a spectacular program in which through yoga, meditation, mentoring, energy therapies and massages you will balance body and mind. You can enjoy nature and benefit from its healing effect and see how day after day you add strength, energy and health. We want to inspire you and open a new door to a better life.

• Welcome session, where you will receive the procedures, schedules, and guidelines to follow during the program.
• 21 nights of accommodation in the room of the selected category.
• 21 days of full board with our bio-gourmet meals based on organic products and fresh fish. A balanced menu according to macrobiotics. Alternatives for vegans, celiacs, and other intolerances.
• 6 yoga classes per week to increase your body awareness and benefit from its multiple effects by trying different styles.
• 6 evening sessions per week of 60 minutes where you will experience different meditation disciplines, such as sound baths, moving meditation, anapana, pranayama, mindfulness, conscious movement activities, etc.
• 21 massages or therapies of 60 minutes (daily) to improve your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.
• 3 mentoring sessions of 60 minutes to set improvement goals, which will be worked on in coordination with the therapies. A plan of actions and goals will be made to continue at home. After the mentoring sessions, personalized meditations will be provided in podcast format to continue the practice at home.
• Free access to all scheduled activities, such as personal growth talks, concerts, themed dinners, and other workshops, etc.

• Since our guests come mainly to disconnect, we do not have TV in the rooms and the kitchen is mostly macrobiotic
