Description
La Cambra is a beautiful 19th century house, located in the charming village of Potríes. It was completely restored in 2019, highlighting the combination of laminate floors and microcement, wooden beams, exposed stone walls or the magnificent brick and stone pillars.
The house is on a 1st floor, a diaphanous space that is formed by a bedroom, kitchen, a dressing room-bathroom, living room and a room that we call infoteca, where users have information about the different cultural and natural spaces. In the middle of it, there is a four-sided wood-burning fireplace that heats the whole house.
- Location in a quiet rural village, between the beaches of Gandía-Oliva and the mountain of La Safor.
- 70 m2 living room + 70m2 terrace, only for 2 people. No common spaces.
- Four-sided wood-burning fireplace in use.
