Casa Rural La Parra 1923 is a cozy village house that was renovated keeping its essence, using both original and new furniture. Here, you and your family will find a corral in which to wait under the warm winter sun or in the cool shade of the summer until the embers of the barbecue are ready to enjoy, for example, the delicious sausage typical of Requena. In the courtyard you will spend most of the time, guarded by a large vine planted in the 1940s, here you will enjoy the best paellero meals, built from the old walls of a barn. Do not worry if it rains, the terrace has a porch so you can protect yourself and where to set up the tables to eat.

Thanks to its location, in the small village of El Pontón, 2 km from Requena, you will be able to enjoy the sound of birds and the calm that the countryside offers, as well as practicing adventure sports, making cultural visits to the neighboring municipalities or visiting the wineries and tasting their wines.

This beautiful house consists of 500m2 total between interior and exterior. On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom, overlooking the corral and bathroom. Also a second bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. Being the floor where you will spend the most time, a living-dining-kitchen has been enabled so you can all be together.

The first floor has 4 double bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor is the chamber of the house. An attic overlooking the countryside that will act as a second leisure room, here you can enjoy a good reading, meetings, gatherings or games. In addition, thanks to the little light pollution, you will be able to admire the starry sky.
