With more than 40 years in the kitchen, the third generation of this family of restaurateurs has set itself the goal of recovering traditional dishes so that its customers, whom they consider family and friends due to the personal service that Ismael and his family offer, can relive the flavours of yesteryear.

It has a wine cellar in the cellar dug in the basement of the restaurant, which offers customers a wide variety of wines, both from the area and from other Spanish wine regions.

Parcent is located on a hill which, like a fortress, defended it from attacks in Arab times. Its streets are built on top of each other, showing its Moorish influence.

Located in the Marina Alta region, which has one of the most interesting landscapes in the province of Alicante, with steep mountain ranges where we can find the traces left by the Moors as well as the remains of the castles that protected the valley. You can follow the paths and trails that the Moors traced to move from their homes to the land they cultivated, as well as to communicate with other nearby valleys.
