Star tasting

Can you imagine spending a night observing the sky and the stars in the middle of nature accompanied by a good wine and a typical dinner of the gastronomy of the area? We propose a different experience for the night of the 3rd of August; a star tasting.

The little ones of the house are more than welcome to visit our winery, they can also visit it to learn and enjoy the wine culture (of course, without alcohol), and they will surely love the activity we have prepared for night observation!

Itinerary:

At 19:00 we will receive you and welcome you to our facilities in the courtyard of the winery. We will walk around and get to know the details of the estate and the Nodus family, while we do a wine tasting accompanied by a small aperitif of local products. We will also visit the winery to learn about the production process of our wines. We will enjoy a delicious paired dinner in our 8 Encinas gastro-wine room with live music. After dinner, we will start the astronomical observation. For this, we will have with us a team of professional experts in astronomy, first they will give an introductory talk about basic concepts of astronomy and stars that we will be able to observe that night, then the magic will begin! We will take a tour of the night sky using laser pointers, learning to recognise the most important stars and constellations in the summer sky, explaining curiosities and mythology. There will also be an astronomical observation using telescopes, in which we will point to the crescent moon, planets, double stars, clusters, nebulae, galaxies, etc., explaining the stars that are being observed and answering any questions the participants may have.

If you prefer to stay and not have to return home late. The price per couple is 250€ including, in addition to the experience, one night's accommodation in hotel Entreviñas with breakfast included in a double room.

This activity is seasonal and only takes place on SATURDAY 3rd AUGUST.
