Aimed at people interested in adapting their diet to their personal needs and taking the time to change the way they eat by starting to use unprocessed and seasonal foods. The main objective of the course is to provide sufficient knowledge to apply macrobiotics on a personal and family level.
We are aware that basic notions of nutrition are necessary in order to eat, but also to know that beyond nutrients, food also transmits its energy to us. This is something that oriental medicines have taken into account for thousands of years and explain in a simple and clear way through yin/yang and the 5 elements. With this basic information we can begin to use food as a tool for self-knowledge and re-balancing. Macrobiotic cooking aims to promote the discovery of good natural and simple, nutritious and creative cooking while recovering our inner guidance that leads us towards choosing the appropriate foods to regulate ourselves.
